Tried shooting some more 150 hornady American Whitetail--I continue to be very impressed by this budget consumer grade ammo factory ammo.

I only got a few shots off before the rain and fog shut me down--after adjusting for the first shot which fell 6" low the next two were pretty close. I can see the accuracy is there--I just need to get better at figuring the distances right for the first shot. (My laser range finder wouldn't work right because of the fog--I pieced together an estimate of 380 yds). A good lesson. : )

 
thanks--I have a hard time coming up with reloads that shoot this well consistently--makes me wonder how much better their other 300wm precision ammo is like the ELD.
 
That's really good shooting for crap conditions at that distance. I've been meaning to try that ammo for deer in my .308.
