Savage 10FP Stock

What are the options for replacing the factory stock on the 10FP with a more comfortable one? I know that Choate makes a couple of them but those have an 1/8" gap under the back of the action and I don't know how/if that will affect accuracy. What other options are out there? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have a choate US on my 110 FP .300 Win. Mag. and it shoots great. .25-.50 MOA. The gap is unsightly but I make a shim out of plastic from an ammo can insert ( the ones cheaper than dirt sell to make a ammo can in to a tool box) Now it is not even noticable.
 
Amos, how was the accuracy without the homemade shim?
