I'm not sure about the 4800, but when Springfield first started importing the SAR-48, I had to have one. After a few years, I had that sucker fully dressed and an awesome camo job on it. Then the ban! I let my ex-wife (we were married then) carry it slung over her shoulder through a local gunshow because she always got a lot of attention, and I was offered $3800 for it!
I don't believe they're going for that much now, but I sure do wish I still had it. (The gun that is.)
Oh yeah, I think the DSA looks like a pretty well built piece, and I've heard they shoot pretty good too. I've just never gotten used to the post-ban thumbhole jobs, but some people like them, and some don't.
