I have a SAR1 AK47 that I use as just a cheap range gun but when I fire the weapon the trigger returns too quikly and pops my finger and is very uncomfortable to shoot even with light gloves. What can I do to remedy this problem? Thank you in advance for any help.

Check out ak47.net. This comes up all the time and there is a fix by removing a little bit of metal off of the tigger and disconector, but like I said the guys over there can tell you exactly how much to remove and where to remove it from.

Yup, it's caused by too much metal on the bottom of the disconnector. When the hammer comes back and cocks the hammer, it pushes down too far on the trigger and causes the trigger snap against your finger. The cure for this is to remove the disconector and a little at a time, file off the underside of the disconnector until you don't have any trigger snap. There are more in depth instructions at http://www.ak-47.net
