I had a Sar B6p compact. Overall it was a very good gun. It had a decent trigger, was accurate and reliable. The only thing I didn't like about it was at the top of the grip, near the beaver tail there is a ridge on both sides of the gun. I shoot thumbs forward and the ridges the would start to irritate my strong hand thumb. I sanded the edge down alittle which helped. My buddy really wanted it so I sold it to him.

I bought one a few months ago for a little under #300 otd. I also have a SAR K2 in 45 acp that I have been happy very happy with. The b6p has been %100 reliable so far appx 300 rds. Has a decent trigger and is as accurate as I would expect(I am not a great pistol shot). For the money It has to be the best new pistol under $300. Nothing seems cheap about it. I have been very happy. So much so that I am saving my pennies for the full size version as well. I do like the cz75 platform so that also helps.

I don't own the compact.....yet. I do own the full size. I have fired it thousands & thousands of times. I have never had a single problem, issue or anything else with any of my Sar handguns. I can't say enough of the quality, fit, finish & accuracy. Excellent trigger. Right now at my local LGS the compact is priced at $259. These guns are worth more than twice that. The Turkish Sarsilmaz has been making firearms since the 1880's. The plant where the B6P is made is as state of the art as you can get. They are excellent firearms, you can't go wrong with a Sar.
