Their customer service has GREATLY IMPROVED! 5-6 yrs ago I would not have considered any of their firearms, but today I own two, because they turned it around.
I really like the K2P but it has an annoying issue... the trigger pin walks out of the frame. I was removing the pin so that I could reinstall it with Loctite when the spring shot out never to be found again.
I'll be checking it on mine when it arrives later this week. I texted a friend who has one and he says: "Mine isn't moving at all", so I'm hoping yours is just a fluke, or it's a past issue.
I'm not sure how widespread the trigger pin problem is but one of my coworkers experienced the same issue with his B6P. He resolved with with a little Loctite.
Well I've got to give EAA kudos for good customer service...my "Free of Charge" trigger return spring arrived today.
Now all I have to do is keep from losing it.
