Hello, All.

I'm looking for some advice on this handgun for my first handgun. I've considered a revolver but want more capacity and thought this pistol would be perfect. 16+1, 9mm, nice/decent trigger for SA/DA (respectively) and I've heard nothing but good reviews about great accuracy and reliability from them. My budget is ~$300 and I want this to also double as a home defender. Any information otherwise would be very much appreciated( asides from Customer Service.) Thank you!

I just bought the SAR B6 Hawk (all-metal) and while I have only put 200 rounds through it so far it has worked perfectly.

The weapon is fine, EAA customer service apparently leaves something to be desired but that hardly makes them unique in the gun world.
 
I also have a compact. The gun is very accurate and runs great. The only down side for me is there isn't much slide to grab and rack. I also have a witness and a few czs and they have a little more slide to grab onto. Other than that it has been a great pistol.
