So far as I know, there would be no problem re the sale of a long gun, between PA residents. I suppose that it would NOT hurt to check with either BATF or State Police, a phone call would do, to get "caught up" with any recent changes in the law. As I said however, SO FAR AS I KNOW, the sale of a long gun would present no problem.
