saiga rifle scope mount

I have a saiga rifle with the side rail, and cannot find a scope mount that will fit over the rail. Is there a scope mount that fits over the factory installed side rail ?

Sir:
I have one in 410 and it has the same funny looking mount on the left side of the action - also an AK-47 with a Russian sniper scope on it with the factory mount.
You can buy the mount that fits from "Cheaper than Dirt." Several catalogs have them.
