Saiga 7.62x39 in sporter configuration - suggestions?

Without converting it from the sporter configuration, what have others done to personalize theirs (such as optics and mounting options, adding rails, etc.)?

What related products/add-ons for this rifle do you recommend?

Main intent: plinking/target within 100 yards shooting distance.

The Russian skeleton "Dragunov style" stock is generally pretty well liked. I put one on my 7.62x39 Saiga, mainly for the aesthetics. It's very solid.
