Saiga 12: Anyone know what type of irons these are?

The pic in the link is most likely an artists rendition of the vent rib factory sight.
The pic in the post is a vent rib factory sight setup.
The linked pic is basically an exaggerated version, making the sights larger than they are.
It is possible that they are some custom aftermarket sights, but I have not seen any that duplicate factory, but larger, which is why I believe it is just a rendition.
