SAA clone barrel thread question

Do the clones, particularly the Uberti clones have the same thread pitch as the original Colt barrels?

I was wondering if anyone could give me the rundown on this.
 
I'm really hoping someone has the answer for this.

I want to build a buntline and just need to know if Colt barrel threads will mate up with a Uberti built frame.
 
Von: Just enough difference that it won't work without some lathe work. They have the same threads (20V tpi), but there is about .01 difference in the shank thread diameter's and .02 difference in shank lenth. The Colt being larger.

I appreciate the response a bunch. If I can get the barrel cheap enough, it'll be worth the effort to make it happen seeing as how nobody builds a reasonably priced buntline anymore.
