SA to SA/DA Conversion

Has anybody tried to convert a Ruger Vaquero from SA to SA/DA? Any advise? I called Ruger and they won't do it.
 
Hi, DAW,

I guess with enough money and time anything can be done, but converting a Vaquero to a DA revolver is not feasible and I would say not possible. If you want a SA/DA revolver, there are many out there at reasonable prices, including some fine ones from Ruger.
