Has it changed at all with the introduction of the MIM parts? One smith says that K/L/N triggers are universal, and he's put several 'old' triggers into MIM-equipped guns. The main reason being that they have solid backs and are easily drilled and tapped for trigger stops. Another says that the latter series generations (-6 and up?) have relocated frame pins and older triggers are imcompatible. They won't properly align with the hammer/DA sear to even function at all.
