Why is a company that has such fast turn around have to amke decisions like they made?

SW99 in for serivce (Shot low). Goes in the truck 4:30 Thursday. Arrives in truck Thursday one week later at 10:00 a.m..

Said the slide was replaced so I called them to see why. They couldn't answer it was repaired by Sigma something or other. Not in house.

It does shoot better but I need to shoot a little to determine. They did say send it back if I didn't like the results. I feel sorry for the employees.

Gunpowder, I know what you mean about the employees. I've thought of them through this as well. They to are going to suffer because of the poor decision of the management. They didn't deserve this any more than we, the gun buying supporters of the RKBA.
