S&W performance center 686

I recently won a S&W performance center 686 having the following specifics marked on the performance center box: barrel 3, fin. S, stock RB, features CARRY COMP, product code 170010, spec. ord. 2098. I was informed it only had 18 rounds through it. It is excellent shape. I'm considering selling and/or trading it. Can anyone give me an approximate value?

It is a performance center but not a "full fletched" tuned gun. A brand new one sells for about $600 - $650. I have seen several variances of it, including the J and K frame versions of the Carry Comp including ones with a tritium dot as a front sight.
