I was able to pick up a used S&W model 10 a couple of weeks ago and have had it out to the local shooting club a few times and love it. Can anyone help me with an approximate date of manufacture? SN6d81xxx. It was a police trade-in and although it has holster wear, it seems to be in great shape. Thanks.
