My father bought one last year and I've borrowed it quite a bit. It's a good gun, although I did change the rebound slide spring to get the single action pull down to a little over 2 pounds. My dad is having some trouble with scopes these days (he's 83) so I put an UltraDot Match Dot on it and it's worked out pretty well at medium ranges, say 50 yards or so. Buy some ammo and see what your gun likes.
Nothing like buying a new gun and having them turn it into a collectible by discontinuing it.
