I have a Smith and Wesson .32 Lemon Squeezer in excellent condition, Serial # 238xxx manufactured in 1911. It has a nickel finish with pearl handles. I also have a like new S&W Model 37 .38 Chiefs Special Airweight in original box. It also has a nickel finish with pearl handles. I have decided after many years to sell or trade them. http://thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=479626 See attachments for pictures.

They are now on the market; asking $650 for the Lemon Squeezer and $500 for the Chiefs Special plus all shipping charges.

The SCSW shows a value range from $200 in good to $600 in excellent plus for the 32 Safety Hammerless.
The model 37 is an easy $350.
Those are retail/private sale. If you sell to a dealer it will be allot less.

I think they are worth more than $350. If you went to a local gun shop and they were in the display case imagine what they would be asking. The old saying ..................it is worth what someone is willing to pay.............

I wanted a minty older S&W model 36 a few years ago. I found one in nickel no dash with a pinned bbl in a box. It didn't look like it ever was fired. I paid $525.00. To me I found an old, minty model 36. It was worth the money to ME.

Put a price on it and put for sale on the S&W forum and it will sell for more than $350.

A like-new Safety Hammerless revolver will go for considerably more than $350, retail. Of course, a dealer won't buy for that but that is what he will ask.

:(

Any PLAIN BLUE model 36 in ex cond. is worth $350 private sale.

The older .32 one would prob get $400 from a collector.

IMHO - put em on the board here or the S&W forum. ;)

Like alot of people have already said, you could get a good amount more than the dealer offered you if you sell them yourself. I cant believe with all the cheap polymer guns costing what they do that thats all you would get for a finely crafted piece of steel. Revolvers can and are a great value in todays crazy market. I just picked up a like new Smith 37-2, which looks like it has maybe 20 rounds through it, for 350$. Compared to say a Ruger LCP, which costs about the same, and fills the same roll, I cant believe you can get the two guns for the same money.
