S&W CS9 Cheifs Special problem?

Please don't beat me up to bad for admitting to even owning a S&W after last weeks feasco(?), but I need to find a solution. I bought Cheifs Special 9mm (MOD CS9)for my wife, she has a small hand and she liked the feel of it alot. The problem I am having with it it is shooting at least 6-8 inches low and to the left at about 20ft. She complains about not being able to see the target because she has to hold the front of the barrel so high just to hit the target. (I have to agree, it is way off)

Do I need to get adjustable sights to try to bring things back int veiw, or is there a problem with the gun itself, I never had a problem like this before and am not quite sure how to deal with it

I own a CS9 and I find it to be at least as accurate as I am. I would first make sure she has a proper grip and that she doesn't flinch or otherwise move the gun when she fires. If that is not the cause you should take it back to your dealer to see if he can adjust it or send it back to the factory with a thorough explaination of the problem.

A couple of weeks ago (before the current mess with S&W), I would have advised you to trade in the CS9 for a 3913TSW. Size-wize (including grip) they are about the same but the 3913TSW is about half an inch longer. Plus, it's from their Tactical line which means it's more accurate, reliabily, etc.
