Smith & Wesson and Ruger have both stopped sales of their semi-automatic pistols in California rather than try to comply with 2007 "Microstamping" law.

Stay tuned, coming soon to a legislature near you.
 
I'm trying hard to think of the last time I heard something good or positive come out of Kalifornia.

I think it's been a very long while..............:rolleyes:
 
We need Glock and maybe Sig to do the same thing -- and all of them refuse to sell to police and other exempt govt agencies.
 
Don't worry, Cops are exempt

This will have the happy result of dragging the Golden State's utter garbage laws into scrutiny before the courts.
 
Too bad they don't require "micro stamping" of politicians . . . . but then the "warning" would be probably too long to fit . . . . :D
