No such value - when I knew something about it folks would try from time to time with normal microphone style decibel meters - General Radio and such - but they are by design averaging rather than peak.
If you have access to a medical library there have been serious efforts to calibrate a recording oscilloscope with a shock tube and then test guns.
About all that could be generalized definitively is that noise is proportional to muzzle energy as you might expect and that all the hearing protection you can get isn't enough.
