S&W 686-5+ FULL Lug w/Hi-Viz???

I've never seen this configuration before, but there was one at my gun shop today. It was a little dirty, but in otherwise like new condition. I love the feel of the gun, but does anyone have any info on it? How many made, how long, what year??? It had an orange Hi-Viz and Hogue Bantams, but I didn't notice if the grips had the Hogue or S&W logo. Thanks in advance!
 
It was a stocking dealer only run from last year. Nice compromise between 4 and 6 without the forward weight bias.
 
The only gripe I had with them was the gun used on the promo pics to Stocking Dealers: You'd think they'dve used one whose underlug didn't look like it had been shortened by rubbing it on a coarse rock! :o
