O.K. I been lookin for a .45acp Smith and found and bought this one today. Says "45 cal model of 1989" on barrel. Looks barely used. 5" barrel , firing pin in frame. Is this an O.K. gun at $425?

Price looks right on according to Blue Book for one in 98% condition. 100 percenter would retail for $575 by the book.

Just bought mine 3 months ago, NIB for $519.

So that's a good price. 20 percent off retail. Just make sure you bring 6 factory rounds to drop into the cylinder to make sure the charge are in spec and check the barrel and the forcing cone for anice crisp edge.
