S&W 60T just got back from a factory repair, but it's still spraying lead! Now what?

I've had this pistol about a year, and the lead spraying problem happens when trigger-cocking or in double-action mode. I sent it back through my dealer, and the repair tag said "turned barrel, and enlarged forcing cone". It said nothing of testing problem by shooting.

The questions now are:
A)Has this happened to any other 60T owners?
B)How did you fix it?
C)Is sending it to the factory a waste of time?

Thanks!

Before you spend any more on it, have you seen this thread from this forum?:

Excellent information, and should help you. (sorry, I haven't figured out how to link a thread yet).

S&W Repair

Call S&W 800-331-0852 Extension 330

That is Neil Gibree's office. He is the head of customer relations. Tell him your experience with the repair. S&W will pay the return postage with FedEx.

My most recent experience is a lot worse than yours. I think if you give them another chance they will eventually get it fixed. Based on my recent experience I think S&W is having some quality control problems but they are pretty decent to deal with.
