A azretired New member Jun 9, 2019 #2 I would guess that similar to M10/64 and M65/13 they are regulated for heavier bullets like the 158 JHP Magnum.

A Archie New member Jul 8, 2019 #5 I have an early 581 (carried it in the Border Patrol, back when). Used 158 grain .357 Magnum loads and 145 grain "Silvertip" 357 Magnum ammo. Shot to the sights as purchased.
