S&W 4003TSW is this any good?

There's one at a local gunshop used in almost new condition.
The thing is its selling for $600+ used.
Isn't this on the expensive side?

I think so, given that I picked up a new 5943TSW for $450 a few months ago. If it is pristine, it's probably running about $150 high. Is it one of the new one with the accessory rail? If not, knock off $200-250. At $600, it is not going anywhere. In my area, there's not much demand for Smith autos.
