I have a 3913 with ss slide that I would like to remove the sights from. I believe I read somewhere that the dovetails are slightly tapered with the wide part of the opening on the right side. Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
Loosen the locking screw, then drift out from LEFT to Right, as you'd sight down the barrel.
Watch out not to loose the firing pin locking spring and plunger under the sight.
