S&W 36-6 ANY INFO

I picked up a really nice s&w 36-6 at my favorite little gun shop
like new with the original box and papers inc the original price tag and
cleaning tools. Haven't seen any thing about this model. Dose any body
know anything about them. Thanks for any information.

Don't know much, but I have heard rumors that there were only 500 made. You might ask over at http://smith-wessonforum.com/eve .

I put standard M36 Magna grips and a Tyler T-grip on mine. One of the few guns on which I don't like Hogue grips.
