S&W .22 mag $price$

I need to know what a Smith and Wesson model 53 .22 mag would be worth. It has never been fired and is in Perfect condition. The guy that wants to sell it to me is saying it's worth $650.00 and I think that is way to much. But, I could be wrong.

And the answer is the S&W model 53 is not a .22 magnum but is chambered for the .22 Remington Jet cartridge. A model 53 new in the box is worth around $735.00. The gun did come with chamber inserts so you could fire .22 rimfire in it.

You are 100% right, but the M53 does SAY ".22 Magnum" on the barrel.
