I finally found the Brazilian 1917 45 ACP revolver I have been looking for.
However, with the standard grips, the backstrap is slicing into the web of my thumb when I shoot. This gun is a meant a shooter, not a collector piece.
So, I am looking into replacement grips. I'd like to keep the lanyard loop useable, so the cool Hogue monogrip's are out, and it looks like many others as well.
Has anyone found a replacement grip that covers more of the backstrap near the top, but doesn't rule out keeping the lanyard loop?
