S&W 1006 10mm

Are these any good, any known problems with them?

Basic large fram Smith. Same as 645 and 4506.
Good guns, one of the few that can take pressures of full house 10mm.
Would make a very good HD pistol. Average combat accuracy.

The 1006 is a fantastic beast. Built like tank, handles like a dream, will shoot just about any 10mm load comfortably and is great looking too. The 10mm is a real powerhouse, the 1006 handles it perfectly. Regret daily that I had to sell mine due to $ problems.

FBI had considerable reliabilty/breakage concerns.

IMO fragile, and not a satisfying ownership experience.
