S.P. Ammo for the M39

Hey Guys,
I'm wanting to order some soft point hunting ammo for the M39's. Have any of you done some testing with your M39 with factory SP ammo. If so, what did she shoot best? What weight bullet, etc. I know all rifles are different but If I can narrow it down a tad I won't have to order quite so many different loads? I'm gonna try to take some deer next season with the milsurps. As always, its greatly appreciated, and I hope you all have a Happy New Year!
 
Not sure about hunting ammo,but the general consenus on the various forums and in my M39 heavier bullets are more accurate. I am no ballistics scientist, but I would think heavier hunting style bullets would be more accurate than lighter ones as well.
