Ryker grip: Have you tried one?

Sure does look like it would suck when you transition to the other shoulder.

Wait... just buy one for each side. GREAT marketing strategy:rolleyes:

Seriously, i dont see the benefit.
We have worked for years to get the bore line centered in our support hand grip. From gripping the magwell to fist gripping vert “broom handles” and now using a “C clamp” around the bore line.

Recoil control is GREAT. Why would we now offset the bore line from our grip?

In watching some of the vids on the website, they claim better body geometry due to the offset. Im not buying it. We can achieve the same body position by simply moving our support hand back a little AND still use the recoil controlling “C clamp” grip.

I'm in the negative camp as well.

I can't see how applying any grip strength on the side of a gun is going to do anything but move the POA, which you would then have to try to counter with your strong hand?

No thanks.

The website says it was originally developed to help shooters with injured shoulders. It that very specific circumstance, where it is the only way the shooter can hold the gun**, I can see how it might possibly have a use. Otherwise, I can only see it as a negative addition to any rifle.
