Earlier today I was handling a friend's Marlin 882SSV. I noticed rusting on the bolt handle ball and the screws that held the action and barrel to the stock. Is this typical of Marlin or a lack of care?
Lastly, if you were to buy a .22 mag, which brand would be better in the long run- Marlin or Savage? The rusting seen on the Marlin is making me keep my options open. Thanks!
