Andrey Babizky, Radio Liberty Correspondent, was sentenced to 5 days of arrest. He is convicted on charges of minor hooliganism at the Vnukovo Airport. Airports security officers provoked him into a fight by order of their superior, an officer of the Federal Security Service. Babizky suggest that the reason for the even was not letting him arrive to the North Caucausus region.
On Thursday 8:30 AM he was supposed to fly to Minvody, and proceed to Beslan to cover the events related to the school take-over.
