Did anyone catch it? I enjoyed the part when a big media fella (I'll leave his name alone) said in so many words on the news last night: Americans are rebuilding Iraq's sewage systems, water filtering systems, and other worthy things to make this country a better place. He also noted that a large number of persons interviewed by the media say even though they are nervous of security issues they look forward to the upcoming election and look forward to moving on......... Wow, I wouldn't have thought it was true but I heard the recording and it was a fresh breath of air in an otherwise stinky reporting job the media has been doing. The lead reporter also said in the past month the number of bombs and captured bomb materials show the enemy is not improving - a decline can be seen......... Way to go media........I bet it just about makes them choke - to report the real unspun true story....
 
Rush has some good things to say.I started listening to him when he first came out. I thought he was A-OK! But as time went on,I got to see he was just a Republican and a entertainer.(his words) NAFTA came along and he just loved it. As Perot said,"a great sucking sound" would follow. And it did.The n GATT. WTO. we now have CAFTA being crammed down our throats by Bush. That is Central America.More jobs etc. down the drain. But,then again,I guess you couldn't poor Rush. He was going deaf,and still is.
 
When your main theme is morality and accountability, and you repeatedly call for the death penalty for druggies on your earlier shows, your credibility is going to take a fatal hit when you are discovered to have a narcotics problem yourself.

I listen to Glenn Beck in the morning and local radio heads the rest of the time.
 
And that's precisely why she gets the kind of attention she receives from the Conservatives. They're just tickled pink to have a pundit that doesn't look like a televangelist or used car salesman.

I did a little test and it proved out as I though it might........

The info was all true but not one of you responded to the issue. Only the name Rush got you talking. That is interesting.... Thanks.... I agree with most of what your saying but did you see any part of my post other than Rush's name? I like Glenn Beck a lot too. I was bummed because a local station just changed format over to a liberal format. Glenn was a good start to my days. I hope they get him back on in the Detroit area again soon. :D

Wow, ABC reported the news again tonight.......I think we are being set up here. Two nights with news that is not spun in a radical direction. Is the Fox network involved? ;)

Happened here too! We had "The Snoozebusters" in the morning, quiet conservative. Now they replaced one of the guys with a bleeding heart "Liberal" that, in his own words, is "boycotting the inauguration" and "we have 318 days left to impeach Bush". This guy is a real bigmouth that won't let the remaining conservative guy participate while performing lenghty monologues.

Another nice comment from an admirer of this "Liberal" was, that the conservatives won, and they should FINALLY GET OVER IT!!!

Talking about people that totally lost a sense of reality...

Needless to say, I don't listen to them anymore, it's just too pathetic.

I have listened to the liberal replacement show 3 days now.... I find it mind blowing that when anyone but a liberal gets on they drowned him out or say he must have hung up. The main host (female) mentions at least 3x an hour about her needing another drink and that she knows she will be pickled for 4 years. Wow, I can't understand why anyone would pay advertisement slots for such a sad demoralization of media. It is funny to listen to her and her side kick guy that says yes and goes along with everything she says.... It is great humor - Maybe that is why it's on. I can't think any true educated liberal would like her style.... ? :barf:
