Need some interpretation/information.
Just got a phone call from a buddy who's a Federal LEO. He quickly told me that a "pretty reliable source" (which might mean anything from God to the guy at the 7-11 for all I know) had told him the following:
Starting yesterday, various state police agencies were buying every H&K P7 they could lay their hands upon. Thus, we should find NONE on the shelves at our local dealers.
Now, as I stated above, I have no way to confirm this. I'm gonna run over to my local shop today and see if they've had a bunch of frothing-at-the-mouth police looking for P7s. Anyone who has further info on this, give me a yell. For all I know this could be one of those rumors which started with two state troopers deciding to get matching off duty carry pieces - and grew into a multi agency buyout.
