An ad in the "Tico Times": "Ruger Blackhawk .357. $300." You troll for sailfish as you leave shore; to go ten miles out is to go for marlin...

If you incorporate, it's anonymous; taxes on corporate profits begin after you get up to $250,000 a year.

Wow. There's actually a magazine entitled "Escape from America." Think about that for a second.

What struck me is the 2 trillion in offshore accounts figure. I'm no economist but I'd guess 2 trillion invested in the private sector here in the USA would probably yield at least a million jobs. We're going to tax and regulate ourselves to death in this country and the sad part is, we'll have no one but ourselves to blame.
