Hello all.
I'd like to start by saying thanks to all who have called and written expressing their support and concern. I'd like to halt any rumors that might be floating around... so here goes.
I have been diagnosed with a difficult disease. While we have been hit with shock and stress, it is still 'business as usual' at Geared-Up!com. Of course, medical testing and all the stuff that goes along with it has caused us to do some juggling... but we are still on top of things. You may notice some changes if you have dealt with us in the past. The male half of our team has taken a more active role... so you may encounter his voice on the phone from time to time.
Any inquiries, orders, or questions will be answered as quickly as possible.
Once again, we really appreciate the kind words of support we have received from so many of you. When we started Geared-Up!com, we received compliments from customers about receiving "personal service from real people". It's been nice to recieve the same in return.
I have not had alot of time to post to the boards lately... but I am checking in and enjoying the banter.
