What are the Mandates or Regulations when legally owning a Handgun suppressor?? Can they be legally transported or kept in your vehicle? Can they be kept attached to the weapon??
A silencer is a Title 2 weapon, and the transfer of such a device must be approved in advance by BATF. You will probably have to wait a number of months for this approval after submitting fingerprints, photographs and written permission of your local chief of police.
