Ruined my whole evening!

I just found out that the new threaed and o-ringed barrel for my USP40C with flash suppressor that I have on order will make my pistol an assault weapon here in Kalifornia. Is there ANY logic to the laws these days? I guess I'll just go with the less accurate o-ringed barrel ... the increase in group size should make all the neighbors a lot safer! I know ... this is more of a legal post, but I wanted to let the handgun owners know that, at least here, they are potentially liable for these new assault weapon laws.
Where is that resume? ... the weather isn't THAT nice here!

I use to have to read the book "Communist Manifesto" to understand what communism is all about. But now I live in California, all I have to say is, there is no substitute in learning a subject like emersion. (Sarcasm is taxable here in CA as well..)

You want something that makes no sense?

I can own 100 clips of 10 rounds, but if I own 1 clip of 11 rounds, that's illegal. Why??? Someone explain that one to me..

Oh, one more thing, I think there is some obscure law in the books here that says that you can own 5021 bullets for every gun you own. They come to that conclusion by saying that:

"normal people would have 5000 rounds in storage/stock, and 2 clips of 10 rounds each, and 1 in the chamber, that 5000+10+10+1= 5021. I don't know if someone has actually be procecuted under this law yet, but it still makes no sense... So what they are saying is 5021 is the most anybody should need, 5022, now you are a right wing gun toting WACO militia...
