Ruger three screw question ?

I have had shot and worked of Three Screws for along time Now I have a new problem . The pin/screw that holds the hammer can not be tighten or the hammer gets stiff . This is a Super Blackhawk I just bought it has been shot very little and good condition .

The pin in question has a shoulder and pin threads in and the shoulder needs to rest on the inside of the frame .
 
Scorch I agree I may have the problem solved .
I have some shim stock and tried two thousand and not enough .
I cut a piece of four Thousand and it is ok . A little blue thread locker and it is just right .
