ruger SR22?

so I've been following the ruger SR lineups pretty closely and so far I'm fairly impressed.
the SR556 gets generally high praise and even comes in 6.8 now
the SR1911 hit markets hard and is already earning a strong reputation
the SR9/40 are starting to win back the reputation that the SR9 lost with a trigger recall early on in it's developement.
but I do have questions about the SR22
is there any difference at all between the SR22 and the 10/22 tactical besides a stock or did they pretty much just put a pistol grip on a 10/22 and try to sell it for double normal price?

I think other than the stock it is a 10/22. Not sure though. The last 10/22 I bought came factory with a tapco stock and I liked it better than the SR22 that I was looking at.
Your right ruger has been on a roll in my opinion since they retooled and started making accurate mini's. From that point forward they have made some really nice products.
If I was gonna buy a .22 that looked like an AR I would probably get the S&W 15-22.
