Does anyone shoot a Ruger SP 101 in .22 cal.?
I'm thinking abiut buying one but the sights have me worried. They look like the one weak point of the gun. Thank You. SP
 
I bought a 4inch SP101 in 22 cal for my wife. It has turned out to be one of the best purchases we ever made. The SP 101 is a great fun gun. The gun is fairly accurate easy shooting and ultra reliable. it has been a awsome first gun for my wife.
 
I have a 4" SP101 in .22 LR. Never had problems w/the rear sight getting dinged or knocked about. My only complaint is that the factory Ruger grips are too small and resultingly, my hand fatigues faster when shooting in the DA mode.

That's what I love about this place. Every time I've got a question, it's in the archives or someone just beat me to it. I've just decided to get one too.
