Ruger revolvers which big bore?

blue Has anyone handled the new Ruger in .480 any thoughts on it's comparison to the Ruger in 454, both in SRH format. appreciate any response.
 
Never shot the RUGER 480, own the 454 casull love that gun, did have to change to a hogue grip, the ruger grip hurt my hand. Never thought there was much of a demand for a gun with more power than a 44 mag but not the power of a 454. I may be wrong.
 
Most handgunners have experience with these calibers, if this helps at all:

41 mag falls right in between 357 and 44 mag, both in the recoil and ft lbs. of energy dept.

Same with the 480, right in between the 44 and 454.

We're talking off the shelf ammo here, handloaders can twist things a bit.
