Ruger Redhawk 357....bring it back with 8 rounds

I have seen a couple of Ruger Redhawks in 357 pop up on other boards recently. I know only a few were made years ago. The cylinder on that thing make the 357 holes look tiny. It has me wishing they would bring it back only this time with 8 rounds.

Is it big enough for 8 shots?
How does the frame size compare the the S&W 686+?
Does anyone think there would be much of a market for this besides me?

They did not sell well when they made them as 6 shots. Even as an 8 shot I doubt it would sell well. Not much of a market for large heavy weight 357's.
The few folks here who would want one does not make a big market.

S&W offered an 8 shot on the larger N frame also.

Yeah, I am sure Ruger knows more about these things than I do, that is why we do not see it on the market.

I for one would buy, one and if I win the powerball I will have one made for me? :)

S&W and Taurus 8-shot revolvers definitely have a market. They're not as highly sought after as lighter weight models, but they definitely have a market. I'd think a reasonably priced, high quality model from ruger would have a following.

8-shot, 6" full lugged barrel... I'd buy it.

Better yet, do it in a SRH, but lose that fugly thing on the front of the frame.
