I have a P97 (I love it). However, its chambered in .45 ACP NOT 9mm. I think you are referring to the P95? Anyway, I have shot the P95 in the past too and its an excellent pistol in its own right.

The P-95 is a great 9mm, but I think the CZ-75B is better -- but you wouldn't go wrong with either one. Same general price range.

I bought a used SS slide model and liked it so well that I just put a new blued slide model on layaway. Accuracy and reliability of these guns are equal to my Glock 19.

I bought my P95 as soon as it was available. Same with my P97. I don't believe you can go wrong with either.

I've got a P95 in SS and just love it. I added a Hogue Handall slip on grip and it has been rock solid reliable with all kinds of ammo. I have the de-cock only DA/SA version and like the simplicity of no manual safety. The slide is very easy to operate for my wife and son if that is and issue. Also, a great value. Get one and enjoy.

One thing I like about the Ruger P95 or P97 over the Glocks is the ability to press the trigger again if there is a misfire. Granted you should stick with one drill, but for training purposes or when using a simulator (FATS, Range 2000), the DA capability of the Ruger is superior.
