Ruger P90 sight adjustment...

I just bought a set of Meprolight sights for my Ruger P90. I was able to get the old sights off with a hammer and screwdriver, but I don't want to damage the new sights. Is there a cheap sight pusher that will work with these guns? Also, it would be nice to have one to do minor adjustments rather than using a hammer and screwdriver again.

Ideas?
