Ruger P90 and lead bullets

Does anyone have a good lead bullet load for a Ruger P90? I have a P89 that has very poor accuracy with lead, and am hoping the 45 will do better.

To add to this topic. I have a question.

I just ordered a new sigpro234. are lead bullets ok to shoot in this gun ?

How about any autos? Are lead bullets ok? I always shoot FMJ in my autos. never lead because im not sure if lead is good for autos.

I wish I could tell you exactly what load I use in my P-90. I have shot homemade cast lead semi-wadcutters for the last four years and have good luck. The gun tends not to go fully into battery on occasion , but only with the homemade bullets and I only use them for target practice. The guy I bought the gun from lets me reload when I go home, so I use his recipe for the loads. Accuracy seems to compare with factory loads.

I have fired about 2000 rounds of Lazercast 200 gr.SWC over 4.5 grains of Bullseye through my Ruger P90. No problems with barrel leading or with feeding. This is a mild target load that also works well in my Colt Govt. Model and HK Tactical.
